The AI Solution Expo 2026 is designed as a premier platform for aspiring innovators and problem-solvers to present ideas and projects centered around AI.

Venue & Event Schedule
- College: Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering, New Delhi
- Venue: F Block, 3rd Floor, Seminar Hall
- Date: 16th April
- Registrations Begin: 9:30 AM — Please arrive on time
- Event Commences: 10:15 AM — Presentations begin promptly
- Carry your College ID Card (mandatory for entry)
- Bring your own laptop for presentations and demos
- Keep chargers/adapters ready for smooth setup
Ensure all suggestions and improvements from the online Discord round (10–11 April) have been incorporated into your final submission.
Important Instructions
Report on Time
Be punctual so we can maintain the event flow and begin evaluations on schedule.
Carry Mandatory Identification
Entry is permitted only with a valid college ID card.
Bring Demo-Ready Hardware
Carry your laptop and ensure your presentation/demo files are ready offline as well.
Prepare an A3 Poster (Strongly Recommended though not mandatory)
Summarize your idea with relevant visuals, logos, and key highlights to leave a strong impression on judges.
